The home inspector communicates with the clients with the intent to assist them to understand and know the condition of the property. Throughout my experiences I have found it is imperative to communicate and work directly with the client to ensure they understand what was inspected in the home and next steps. Finding a defect isn’t the last stop, we want you to understand the defect and it’s impact on the property.
Ronald Gladden started GGR Home Inspections after working in the Supply Chain industry for 20 years. He has held various positions ranging from Staff Sergeant in the US Army to a Site Leader for the largest ecommerce company in the world. Ron’s interest in home building and inspections began back when he made his first home purchase and learned some lessons as a first time home buyer that could have been mitigated in the due diligence phase of the home buying process.
After his purchase he began soaking up any knowledge that he could in regards to building codes and concepts. After a couple years and fixing up his home, he is a graduate from the ATI Home Inspector Training and InterNACHI FL Training where he was certified by Ben Bromicko who has completed over 10,000 home inspections. Now Ron is ready to be your Home Inspector and assist others buyers and sellers through their home inspection.
